Tiny Cub, Big Bite

Today I was lucky enough to be invited to view little baby lion cubs. Their curiosity was adorable, their roars were cute, and their design….AMAZING.

Animals in general have unique patterns and just looking at the designs of these baby cubs makes me wonder. Why? Why do almost all lions have black fur behind their ears? or a little black tip on their tails? But more so….why do we get these anomalies and the ones that are albino? I know every living thing on this planet has the ability to be unique and/or is unique. But seeing the designs of these animals and my own curiosity of genetics, DNA, and unique physical traits passed down had me wondering……
